In it Peter revleals the secrets of his paintng style and shows how he tackles both studio painting and plein air work. There is chapter on materials and colours as well as tackling  subjects like  painting the changing seasons and exploring light. Join Brian Ryder AROI For An Oil Landscape Masterclass

Fans of Norfolk based landcsape painter Brian Ryder will have the chance to join him for a day's masterclass on Sunday October 30.

The event is also being filmed  by Town House Films for release as a DVD in time for Christmas. Brian will paint two full demonstrations  on the day and those taking part will have the opportunity to ask questions and maybe even feature on the DVD - so global stardom beckons!

The event is being staged at the splendid PIcturecraft Gallery in the picturesque Georgian market town of Holt just four miles from the Norfolk Norfolk coast.  Such painting hotspots as Blakeney Harbour and Cley Next the Sea with its much painted windmill are less than a 10 minute drive away so who not make a weekend of it?

Additionally the next door art materials shop is being opend up specially and those attending will be offered a special discount.

Tickets cost £55 for the day include a picnic lunch with wine or fruit juice and tea and coffee.
